What formats are available for your eBooks?
My eBooks are available in popular formats like ePub and PDF, compatible with most devices, including tablets, e-readers, and smartphones.
Can I read your eBooks on my Kindle or iPad?
Yes! My eBooks are available in formats compatible with both Kindle and iPad. Simply download the file and upload it to your device, or use an app like Kindle or Apple Books to start reading.
How do I access my eBook after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email from BookFunnel with a download link to your eBook. Simply click the link to download the file and save it to your device. You will have 14 days from the day of the purchase to download your book. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or contact me at justinsloanauthor@gmail.com for assistance.
Can I share or gift an eBook?
Yes! You can gift an eBook by purchasing it and providing the recipient's email at checkout. Another great option is to buy a gift card on my website, allowing the recipient to choose their favorite books. Please note that eBooks are for personal use and cannot be shared or redistributed. Print Books (Paperbacks and Hardcovers)
Are signed copies available?
Yes! If you’d like a book signed, please indicate your request in the "Order special instructions" section in your Cart before you checkout, and I’ll be happy to sign it! Please remember to include the name of the person and the book you want signed.
Are your print books available in local bookstores?
No, my print books are not available in local bookstores. However, they are available online through this website and on Amazon. The difference? Copies purchased here can be personally signed by me with an encouraging note, offering a unique and personalized experience you won’t get elsewhere.
What is the difference between your paperback and hardcover editions?
The main difference is in the binding and durability. Hardcover editions have a sturdy, protective cover and are built to last, making them perfect for collectors or gifting. Paperback editions are lightweight and more portable, ideal for everyday reading. Both feature the same story and content inside, so you can choose the format that fits your preference.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
I currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in purchasing, feel free to contact me at justinsloanauthor@gmail.com, and I’ll do my best to accommodate!
How much does shipping cost?
We ship using USPS Media Mail, which starts at $4.63 for the first pound and costs about $0.63 for each additional pound.
How long does shipping take?
I ship all orders every Saturday. Orders placed before Saturday will ship that week, while orders placed on Saturday will ship the following Saturday. Delivery typically takes 2–8 business days after shipping via USPS.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
What should I do if my book doesn’t arrive?
If your book doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery time, please check your tracking number for updates. If there are no updates or the package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact me at justinsloanauthor@gmail.com, and I’ll work with USPS to resolve the issue. If the book is lost, I’ll replace it free of charge to ensure you receive your order! Your satisfaction is my priority.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Can I return a book if I change my mind?
I don’t offer returns or refunds. For e-books since they’re digital products and can’t really be “returned” once downloaded. For print books, I’m unable to accept returns because, as an independent author, managing returns adds extra costs that make it challenging to keep my books affordable.
What is your policy for damaged or incorrect items?
If your book arrives damaged or incorrect, I sincerely apologize! Please contact me at justinsloanauthor@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the damage or error. I’ll make it right by sending a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Can I cancel or update my order after it’s been placed?
For e-books, orders cannot be canceled or updated once they’ve been placed, as the files are delivered instantly. For print books, you can request a cancellation or update as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Since I ship every Saturday, please contact me at justinsloanauthor@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes. I’ll do my best to accommodate your request!
